During his visit to Sharkia governorate where he inaugurated many of ICT projects, H.E Dr. Tarek Kamel, the minister of CIT, has inaugurated the ICDL training & examination center located in Sharkia governorate bureau. In addition to inaugurating the accredited training center located in the Egyptian Association For Society Services , AbouKbeer City, Sharkia governorate. The ICDL training & examination in Sharkia governorate bureau has (3) accredited labs, one of them is dedicated for examination with a capacity of (16) PCs and the other (2) labs are for training with a capacity of 24 PCs. While the accredited training center located in the Egyptian Association For Society Services is working with a capacity of (16)PCs. Sharkia governorate have, till now, (12500) ICDL certified candidate through MCIT free scholarship, where (10) accredited training & examination centers exist in Sharkia, to enable facing the increased demand on ICDL in Sharkia.
